> What are the free conditions?

Free admission is granted on presentation of proof of less than 3 months.

> Can I visit for free?

> What payment methods are allowed?

It is possible to pay for your ticket by credit card, check or cash.

> Do we need to book?

It is not necessary to book to visit independently, but in the case of guided tours, booking is recommended.

> Is it possible to leave and enter several times in the same day with my ticket?

Any exit from the art center is final.

> How long does the visit to the exhibition last?

The duration of the visit varies from one public to another. On average, it takes 45 minutes to 1 hour.

> Am I allowed to take photos?

Photographs and videos without flash are allowed.

> Is it possible to sit?

Yes, various seats are available for visitors on each floor and outside.

> Are there individual lockers?

Lockers are available for your bags, coats, etc. For backpacks and other bulky bags, the use of individual lockers is mandatory.

> Am I allowed to touch the works?

It is strictly forbidden to touch the works unless otherwise stated.

> Do children need to be accompanied?

Access to the establishment is prohibited for unaccompanied children under 10 years old. The children are under the responsibility of the guides.

> Are there activities for children?

A game booklet of the exhibition is available free of charge at reception to guide your visit. One is suitable for children and the other for teenagers. At the end of the visit, a surprise and a gift await the children.

> Are strollers accepted?

Strollers are accepted but access is difficult. For the security of the works, they may be refused in certain rooms.

> Can I change my baby? Heat your bottle?

Yes, the art center sanitary facilities are equipped with a changing table and, on request, a microwave can be used.

> Is it accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Access to the floors is impossible for people with reduced mobility. The ground floor is easily accessible and free of charge.

> Are animals accepted?

Animals are strictly forbidden in the establishment, except for guide or assistance dogs.

> Where can we park?

Free parking is possible in the car parks near the art center: the Portalet car park, the Snail car park, the Salle des fêtes car park or the Mourna school car park.

> Is there parking for bicycles?

Yes, bicycles can be put in the garden courtyard of the art center, a space is provided for this purpose.

> What languages are spoken by the reception team?

The reception team speaks French, English and Spanish.

> Are the exhibition booklets written in other languages?

A translation of the texts is available in English and Spanish.

> Is there a shop area?

The art center has a boutique-bookstore where art books, exhibition catalogues, creative hobbies, books for young audiences, derivative objects and other products are available.

> How long before the visit should I book?

It is advisable to book as early as possible. A 2 week lead time is preferred.

> How many people can my group consist of?

Groups can go up to a maximum of 35 people, but visits in half groups are highly recommended.

> Is it possible to have lunch on site?

The courtyard-garden area of the art center provides the public with a few tables and chairs for this purpose. However, there is no food and drink for sale on site.

> What is the price for a school group?

For classes in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, school visits are free. For other classes, the applicable rate is 1€ per student and free for accompanying persons.
